Analytics and conversion tracking
Marketing without measurement is an opinion. We set up tracking so every enquiry can be traced back to the ad, keyword or post that brought it - and so the report fits on one page.
Who it is for
The problem
Why reports say nothing
Reach, views, engagement, clicks. All numbers that grow and mean nothing unless they connect to an enquiry. An agency that sends a chart instead of an answer usually does not have one.
GA4 installed automatically, with not a single conversion defined
Forms and calls are not counted, so nobody knows where enquiries come from
Data scattered across five tools that disagree with each other
The report measures effort, not outcome
What you get
Concrete, in your hands
- GA4 set up with conversions that match your business
- Tracking for forms, calls and clicks on your email address
- Meta pixel and Google tags, verified to actually send data
- A simple monthly report - one page, not twenty
- An explanation of what each number means and which one actually matters
- A setup that respects consent and GDPR
How we work
Four steps, same order every time
Audit
First we look at what already exists and which part of it is lying. Often half.
Definition
One headline number is chosen for your business. Everything else is context.
Setup
Tags, conversions and sources arranged and tested against real traffic.
Reporting
A monthly summary you read in two minutes and know whether you are better off.
How it is measured. That every enquiry has a known source. Once that is true, every budget decision after it gets cheaper.
Questions
Answers before the call
We have Google Analytics - do we need this?
Installed analytics is not configured analytics. As a rule we find conversions were never defined, so all the data measures visits instead of enquiries.
Is this GDPR compliant?
Yes. We set up consent and anonymisation so measurement works inside the rules.
Do we get access to the data?
Everything sits in your accounts. We have access, not ownership.
How long does setup take?
A few days for a standard setup, longer if an older, messy one needs cleaning up first.
Next step
Three places, and one number every month.
We work with three clients at a time, in 90-day cycles. If the number is not heading the right way after the first cycle, we suggest we stop - and tell you why.
